HubPro is an enterprise mobile app that powers a fleet of over 5,000 drivers. I worked with senior management on product strategy and helped the delivery team build a best-in-class product. I introduce design-thinking principles that transformed how we approached the project. The new product enabled drivers to work faster and smarter.

Contractor Dispatch Automation
One of the many successful projects we launched with Select Home Warranty is a powerful automation system. We used design-thinking and an agile approach to create a custom software system that reduced contractor dispatching from hours to automatic.

The Largest Tiny House Marketplace
I helped launch the largest real estate marketplace for tiny homes from a simple WordPress site to a scalable customer software product. I led product strategy and a team of designers, developers, and a product manager. I continue to lead product and strategy with the founders and internal development team.
